digital solution, but didn't know how to build, launch, or market a software product.

The Process (The Plan):

1.1 Product Strategy: We mapped out the core features for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

that would solve the primary pain point of tracking hours for REPS qualification simply and effectively.

1.2 Development & Launch: I helped them architect a robust business
model that went beyond simple coaching. We designed a full-fledged training
and placement platform, creating a much more valuable and scalable asset.

1.3 Marketing Funnel: We built a simple, targeted marketing funnel aimed at communities of

high-income professionals and real estate investors, positioning the app as an essential tool for serious investors.
